Collections and Returns
Sunset Tribe Gear Rental – Collections & Returns Policy
At Sunset Tribe Gear Rental, we aim to make collecting and returning your rental equipment smooth and convenient. Please read our Collections & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Collections
- All equipment collections must be arranged in advance and are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00.
- Collections outside these hours require prior written approval.
- Equipment will only be handed over once full payment and any required deposits have been received.
- The Renter is responsible for inspecting the equipment at collection and confirming its condition. Any pre-existing damage must be reported immediately.
2. Returns
- Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time.
- Returns must occur Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00, unless prior written approval for an alternative arrangement has been granted.
- Equipment must be returned in good condition, with all parts and accessories included.
- Late returns will incur an additional daily rental fee plus 50% of the daily rate for each day the equipment is late.
- If equipment cannot be returned to the agreed location for any reason, the Renter is responsible for all costs associated with its safe removal and return.
3. Extensions
- Extensions of rental periods must be requested and approved in writing before the original return date.
- Extended rentals are subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable daily rental rate.
4. Deposit Refunds
- Deposits are refundable within 7 business days after equipment return, provided there is no damage or missing items.
- Any costs for damage, loss, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
5. Responsibility
- The Renter is responsible for the rental equipment from the time of collection until it is returned and accepted by Sunset Tribe Gear Rental.
- Any damage, loss, or theft during this period is the responsibility of the Renter, except to the extent covered by the Lessor’s insurance policy.
